Return and Refund Policy

At D’Vine Plant Market, we want to be clear about our policies on returns and refunds.

1. Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through our website or authorized ticketing partners.
If an event is canceled by D’Vine Plant Market, you will be contacted with options, which may include transfer to a rescheduled date or credit toward a future event.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be gifted or transferred privately, but D’Vine Plant Market is not responsible for resales.

2. Vendor Fees

Vendor booth fees are non-refundable once approved, unless the event is canceled by D’Vine Plant Market.
If an event is postponed, vendors will be offered transfer to the rescheduled event.

3. Merchandise

If we sell branded merchandise (e.g., tote bags, shirts), those sales are also considered final unless the item is defective upon arrival.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt at info@dvineplantmarket.com.
