Yes. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and other booth equipment. All tents and canopies (such as easy-ups) must be weighted down for safety.

Load-in is generally 2 hours before the event start time. At some locations we may allow earlier access (up to 3 hours in advance), but vendors should plan for 2 hours unless otherwise noted. Load-out begins after the event ends.

Each vendor registration includes 3 vendor admissions total (for yourself and up to 2 helpers).
